Shannon has been teaching Pilates for over a decade and practicing for more than 20 years. She discovered Pilates while rehabbing an injury after years of competitive figure skating and working in the fast-paced tech world—a journey that sparked her passion for evidence-based movement and functional wellness.
She holds two comprehensive 500-hour certifications, with advanced training in pelvic floor recovery, myofascial release (Rocking and Rolling to Release), and pain management and body awareness through The Body Story Method.
As the creator of The LAB Method™—a signature approach blending biomechanics, breath, and biohacking—Shannon helps clients move with strength, alignment, and nervous system support at every stage of life. Her teachings are available both in person and virtually through the Online LAB.
Abbey Oglesby
Certified Pilates Instructor + Holistic Health Coach
Abbey discovered Pilates over a decade ago while working in New York City. As a lifelong athlete accustomed to pushing through injuries, she was drawn to the practice for its deep mind-body connection, stress reduction, and ability to reveal and rebalance movement patterns.
A third-generation teacher, Abbey holds a mat certification from Power Pilates (NYC) and a comprehensive certification from The Sheppard Method in Los Angeles under Justin Cook and Risa Sheppard of the Ron Fletcher lineage. She also holds a Holistic Health and Nutrition Certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is currently deepening her classical training in the Romana Kryzanowska method with the goal of becoming a Master Instructor.
Abbey’s teaching blends classical foundations with contemporary insight. She helps clients build strength, flexibility, and movement efficiency by teaching the why behind each exercise and guiding them to truly feel what’s working. Her style is focused, challenging, and joyfully intense—with plenty of fun woven in.
Jaime Clark
Certified Pilates Instructor
Originally from Orange County, Jaime has been teaching since 2011 with training in Pilates mat, apparatus, yoga, and strength-based fitness. Her classes blend classical Pilates with functional strength for a balanced, empowering experience.
In addition to movement, Jaime is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, passionate about helping others optimize their health through holistic nutrition and lifestyle support.
Jenni Brouwer
Certified Pilates Instructor
Originally from Ventura, Jenni’s background in gymnastics sparked a lifelong passion for intentional, controlled movement. With over six years of experience teaching Pilates, she blends precision and mindfulness to help clients move with strength, confidence, and efficiency. Her teaching style empowers others to build deeper awareness of their bodies and unlock their full movement potential.
Cheri Hays
Certified Pilates Instructor
Born and raised in Ojai, Cheri grew up biking, running track, and swimming competitively—encouraged from a young age to stay active and connected to movement. With nearly 30 years of experience as a personal trainer and certifications in yoga, spin, TRX, and swim instruction, it was only natural that Pilates eventually found its way to her.
A few years ago, Cheri was introduced to the Pilates method by Anna Malec and quickly saw how deeply it transforms lives. Today, she brings an integrated fitness mindset to every class, helping clients build strength and resilience to live the lives they love. Her goal is to share her passion for Pilates with anyone ready to give it a try.
Chrissy Miller

Chrissy is a seasoned yoga and Pilates teacher and a passionate healthy lifestyle coach, dedicated to helping others move, feel, and live better. With a background in mindful movement and holistic wellness, she creates classes and coaching programs that support strength, flexibility, and sustainable health from the inside out.
Chrissy’s approach is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine and that true vitality comes from daily practices that nurture both body and mind. Whether guiding a breath-centered flow or supporting clients through lifestyle shifts, she meets each person where they are—with encouragement, knowledge, and care.
Brooke DeSario
Certified Pilates Instructor
With over a decade of experience as a Pilates instructor, Brooke is passionate about helping others move better, feel stronger, and live with more vitality. A formative chapter of her journey took place in Italy, where she lived and taught Pilates—an experience that deepened her connection to both movement and culture. She is committed to continuous growth, staying at the forefront of the Pilates world to offer personalized, effective instruction that evolves with each client’s unique needs.
Natalie Cerney
Certified Pilates Instructor
Born and raised in Southern California, Natalie discovered Pilates over 20 years ago through a high school dance instructor. While pursuing a marketing degree and working with SONY, she took a Pilates class at Fullerton College that sparked a life-changing shift—she felt an undeniable pull to help others through movement. She soon changed her career path, began her teacher training, and later earned a degree in Kinesiology: Health and Wellness.
Natalie has worn many hats in the fitness world—from teaching group classes and private sessions to working with diverse populations including women in rehabilitation centers, differently-abled adults at ARC, and young children at Kindercare. She has managed multiple fitness programs, including her own virtual platform, and has been featured in numerous instructional videos and courses. In 2019, she was honored as one of five global nominees for POP Pilates Instructor of the Year.
In addition to her Pilates certifications, Natalie holds credentials in Yoga, Myofascial Release, Spin, and more. With over 15,000 teaching hours and a reputation for bringing energy, expertise, and heart to every session, Natalie brings her unique spark to the studio—and she can’t wait to share it with you.
